Braylon did a great job finding property for me. I was very pleased with the entire process. He was able to find the exact property i was looking for in the area i requested. He was also abe to negotiate a favorable price on the property i purchased. There was some issues with the property that Braylon was able to work out with the selling agent , which dealing with a third party can be difficult. The whole buying process took less than 30 days due to the fact it was a cash purchase. Title and Escrow went smooth except for me not being able to wire money on time.
